CAFOD
CAFOD were at a pivotal moment in their content journey and were keen to create a strategy to provide inspiration, guidance and clearer processes across the organisation.
The main focus of this strategy was to make the most of the resources, budgets, processes and people that CAFOD had in place to help tell their stories creatively, powerfully and effectively. By working collaboratively and drawing in expertise, experience and opinion from across the staff hierarchies and departments we were able to gather diverse knowledge and make sure that the strategy was fit for everyone’s purposes; from the staff to the audiences.
